Norton Fredricks, known also as retrius, is a queer First Nations maker specialising in bush dyed textiles. He lives and works on Bullongin land (Hope Island, Gold Coast) and is known for his amazing felt and botanical dying creations. Using only natural materials, Norton also creates thoughtful slow clothing, wearable art and soft furnishings.
