Getting here
Aboriginal Art Co is very close to public transport. Our gallery is a short 2 minute walk from the main bus stop and train station. The nearest bus stop is the Cultural Centre, and the nearest train station is South Brisbane Station, visit TransLink for more info.
If you are driving, the closest parking is at the Queensland Cultural Centre car park. It costs $17.60 per entry, per day, visit the Arts Queensland website for more details.
Accessibility
Our venue is wheelchair accessible. As we are situated in a heritage-listed building, we have an on-site temporary ramp which can be easily installed upon request. As the ramp does not support electric wheelchairs, we have a manual wheelchair available to visitors.
Our internal restrooms are located upstairs, but our friendly staff can happily arrange access to restrooms on nearby Fish Lane.
For workshops and events, all handout materials will be available in accessible electronic format upon request. If you have any other accessibility requirements in order to participate fully, please contact the event organiser.
