Every Aboriginal Art Co order is carefully and professionally packaged.
Small goods are shipped via Australia Post with fees calculated at checkout.
Larger or delicate artworks are shipped by a professional art freight company. The fee will be calculated and a seperate invoice will be issued for freight.

Orders are process and dispatched within 5 business days.

Standard: 3 – 6 business days

Standard: 10 – 20 business days
Express: 4 – 7 business days
Returns
Item/s may be returned if in original condition and it is within 14 days from receiving your order. Returns can be posted back to the store. If returned to the store you must have your original proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items. All sales are final.

We strongly recommend that all returns posted to Aboriginal Art Co have a tracking number. Aboriginal Art Co is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged on their way to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
Once your items have been received, the return will be processed within 14 business days and you will be emailed a store credit voucher in the form of a gift voucher. If a refund has been made, you will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original order. Processing time can vary between banks so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
We stock artwork from both independant artists and Art Centres from across Australia.
Art Centres will provide Certificates of Authenticity and we will include this in your order. Independant artists often don't have certificates. It is worth asking the team if a Certificate is required.
