At Aboriginal Art Co, we are dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists by providing a wide range of services that fosters both their artistic growth and professional development. We actively promote artists by showcasing their work through exhibitions, online platforms, and retail partnerships, ensuring their art reaches a broad audience.

Artist-in-Residency Program

Our Safe Space Residency Program is an opportunity for early career visual artists to develop their studio practice, build networks with peers and industry mentors and exhibit a new body of work. The Artist-in-Residence program has been developed to provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists with a paid opportunity to create and present a new work in a nurturing environment. The residency culminates in a solo exhibition in Aboriginal Art Co’s Vault Gallery.
