Delivery, Returns and Tracking

Every Aboriginal Art Co order is carefully and professionally packaged. Goods are shipped via Australia Post or a professional art freight company with fees calculated at checkout.

Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within two to five business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra few days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.

Australia Postage

Standard: 3 – 6 business days
Express: 1 – 2 business days

Worldwide

Standard: 10 – 20 business days
Express: 4 – 7 business days

Returns

Item/s may be returned if in original condition and it is within 14 days from receiving your order. Returns can be posted back to the store. If returned to the store you must have your original proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items. All sales are final.

We strongly recommend that all returns posted to Aboriginal Art Co have a tracking number. Aboriginal Art Co is not responsible for any returns that go missing or lost on their way to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.

Once your items have been received, the return will be processed within 14 business days and you will be emailed a store credit voucher in the form of a gift voucher. If a refund has been made, you will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original order. Processing time can vary between banks so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.

Tracking your item/s

Once you have ordered your product/s you will receive an order confirmation email with a dedicated tracking number attached. Duties and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer’s responsibilities and Aboriginal Art Co has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
